Good facilities and very spacious
A terrible gym. The machines are old and don't work smoothly. They charge you to use the scale. No promotion is valid if you do not commit for 12 months. The month to month is VERY EXPENSIVE ($28 per week). Few machines and the staff didn't seem to know how to help. In addition, I was training in a little corner when a personal trainer arrived with a group of ladies who exceeded my personal space pushing me out. Sauna and friendly staff .. you guys Rock!!! Ps: You could add a 2 stories bench on Steam Room, kind of similar set up as the Sauna and you guys should add 2 plungers ice bath near the sauna. It will be a huge add on. Thank you
Kirsten is so lovely, accommodating and makes every PT session different. She caters to various injuries and abilities and pushes you to do better each week. I am so grateful to her for her kindness, patience and enthusiasm. She is amazing trainer with a wealth of knowledge.
