For these types of businesses, why do they never let you talk to the owner to make a exception because of exceptional circumstances, regardless of injury and needing you to pay the 30 day notice? Lock everybody into a contract with no correspondence until they no longer receive your monthly payment. It’s hard for business but for genuine cases with an injury and medical note, why can’t the 30 day notice period be exempt.
Good life, why are there lock-in contracts? Why can’t it be a rolling one after a minimum term and following that members cancel when they can no longer continue. What’s with the 30 day notice period? Is there a waiver for cases where you’ve never used the membership?
The staff have been super friendly and helpful i definitely recommend giving them a go!
Goodlife Knox city is a very nice Gym to go with, it has quality equipment and facilities you need with clean environment, plus a sense of community & service.
Compared to other GoodLife locations, this one has a good clean change room, the floor is kept to a better standard. There's not much in the way of free weights area, and probably a bit too much cardio equipment. But it's a decent gym.
