Great gym, go here all the time. Atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Would love it if they provided equipment like bands, step-up boxes, and skipping ropes like other Goodlifes.
Great gym with lots of space, natural light and very clean facilities

always a gr8 place to work out …very friendly instructors …clean & tidy…gr8 atmosphere….always greeted at reception…bikes in RPM studio can do with an upgrade getting old & tired
