Group classes and its instructors are great.
Find it hard to go. I chose Goodlife again because I had 7 years experience of enjoying their gyms in and around Brisbane. One auto monthly payment crossed with a debit - by an hour. I emailed immediately after seeing the alert - saying the money is there. I use one account for all subs. Another account transfers the money in automatically - my calendar gives auto payment notifications - so this never happens. I also called the gym straight away. Constantly people training without towels and leaving sweat on the machines, it's disgusting. Even a PT there never trains with a towel.
