Great gym with friendly staff and plenty of parking. I like that it’s generally quiet, and the ladies-only room has been a comfortable space to build some confidence. The facilities are well set up, although the coolroom has been broken since I joined, and the sauna is a bit hit and miss. Overall, it is a welcoming environment.

I dropped into Goodlife Ipswich for a casual visit recently and had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team were incredibly helpful — friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with everything I needed. They made the whole process easy and were happy to answer questions without rushing me. The club itself was clean, well set up, and had a great vibe. Good gym in general and cant fault it too much. Only things I dont like... The smell from sewerage is bad, but I know it cant be helped. Shower floors feel slimey and slippery when theyre wet and need a decent scrub. I cant find an abductor machine except for the standing one in the ladies zone but I want to use a seated one
