.This is the worst gym I’ve been to. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. When something breaks, repairs take an unreasonable amount of time — in some cases, over a year. For example, the cold room has been out of service for more than a year. The explanation given was that a replacement part needed approval due to cost, which is not an acceptable excuse for a paying membership base. Overall everyone is friendly/ easy signup and gym meets our needs
Good gym, has a sauna and steam room. Cold room always seems to be out of order or not very cold which is a shame
Great gym with friendly staff and plenty of parking. I like that it’s generally quiet, and the ladies-only room has been a comfortable space to build some confidence. The facilities are well set up, although the coolroom has been broken since I joined, and the sauna is a bit hit and miss. Overall, it is a welcoming environment.
