I have been disillusioned by this place for awhile. From the intrusive personal trainers approaching you while you are quietly trying to do your workout (headphones in should be a sign that I want to be left alone) to other patrons condescendingly trying to correct you. While I appreciate advice sometimes I am very much in my own world when I am working out. Katie who does the reformer class at 12:15 on Fridays is just incredible. I will sprint from my meeting at home just to make them. I’ve never worked so hard, laughed or smiled so much in a reformer class until I started attending Katie’s. She’s fun and genuine and has the perfect balance between encouraging people to work hard while making sure they take care of themselves. She must work as hard as we do because her energy is on fire every. single. class.
