Really wouldn’t recommend this gym. I had to report a man who had harassed me at the gym and the staff laughed in my face. They said “oh we’ve received 6 incident reports of this man and he’s been banned from the towoong goodlife”. The staff did nothing about my situation and this man continued to follow and harass me. Please go to a gym when you feel safe and supported.

Handled poorly and inconsistent with a genuine wellness-focused organisation. I advised Goodlife Indooroopilly that I have a medical condition affecting bone strength and requested a membership freeze. I provided a certificate from my physiotherapist stating that I should not place stress on my knees and that I was not fit to continue Pilates or other exercise as advised by one of thier gym managers. Gym wasn’t bad, a bit unclean now and then. Definitely overcrowded. Only went for half of my membership then stopped. Upon my contract ending , I told them to stop the payments. After a month of more payments taken out I contacted them again and was told that they need to take more money out after I contacted them because that is policy. Very unhappy.
