Areti Stevens is the best! What a gem and valuable team leader. Also has a smile on her face, greets you by your first name she goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy... Would love her to do the Thursday reform class again.
Great modern gym. Loads of up to date current equipment. Great size group fitness room, would like to see the mirrors extended a bit wider and the stage should be a little lower and more cardio classes would be great too. Change rooms are some of the cleanest I've seen at GoodLife
After sign up with fresh PT that is good but sadly not even a month, inform me leaving. Goodlife charged rent PT should decrease otherwise PT will not stay long .
We love Joel as a Reformers Pilates instructor but unfortunately we only see him on the weekend if he substitutes for anyone away. He makes the clssses fun and they seem easier to complete the session with such a lovely energy in the class.
