I joined good life glen iris about 3 weeks ago. The other night the manager called the police on me at 10pm bc I was in the car park. I had told the staff that I rented out my house to my neighbours elderly mother bc she was very ill. I was planning to travel Australia in my new camper anyway in 2026 bc in 2016 I’d tragically and suddenly lost my mother and daughter (she was only 21)… I had told the staff I was sleeping in my van in the carpark bc I felt safe bc there were cameras there. Arash really knows his stuff when it comes to bodybuilding. He explains things in a simple way and makes training fun while still pushing you to get results. You can tell he’s got years of experience, and it shows in how he tailors everything to your goals. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I’ve had an incredible experience training with Arash in the last 3 months. His approach is well tailored; he designed a program that pushed me while still being sustainable. He explains the "why" behind every movement and meal, which has helped me build not just strength, but a real understanding of my body and how to fuel it properly. He taught me all the nuanced movements when training. Today I have a deeper knowledge about technique, diet, supplements and cardio. Would highly recommend training with Arash!
