I love this gym because the facilities are very large and complete
I’m a regular and was not planning to leave a negative review but here I am: 1. I do not recommend here unless you are with AIA and get the discount. For the full price, it’s not worth it. Equipments are outdated, and some of the staff seem like they absolutely don’t want to work here. 2. I’ve complained twice about the thermometer in the male sauna. Ridiculous gym that continues to deduct small sums from your account even after explicitly ending the gym membership. Insincere apology given by the staff on duty yesterday saying that she would waive a fee that wasn't even supposed to be deducted. I asked if my card was unlinked and there would be no more payments and the guy on duty with a manager tag told me no worries. Join at your own risk. Waste of my time and the facilities are old.
