As someone who has been with them for around 15 years, stay away. They’re relentlessly sneaky, not the staff, the company, and the staff are like cult initiates who will enact every policy they can to take your money, all the while claiming they’re doing nothing they can do. Had been sick for a year, and they charged me the entire time. When I wanted some compensation, any at all, I was told too bad. To add injury to insult, they charge you to cancel your membership....
