Sad to see this gym go But honestly always had problems with their payment system hope they can fix it before we r shuts down
Goodlife gyms are awesome and so are the staffs. they do look after you have joined gym. The phone app is really good, designed for all kind of workouts. I can say i joined the right gym.
Customer Service wasn't good, i haven't seen this type of wrost service in Australia. Everyone js manager on the foor over there.
The opening hours for the gym was limited. Why they got rid of the Sunday program? I wanted to use the sauna but unfortunately it was out of order and it was not working. I felt that the sauna was outdated. Plus the change rooms are getting outdated. They've lost a lot of good staff around the GOodlife Gym.
