The billing system in this place is dysfunctional and appalling. Incorrectly deducted funds while my membership on suspension- still waiting for refund of funds -was told 5-10 days but it’s way past that without explanation despite asking repeatedly. The management only emails back when it suits her, not according to my needs. Grubby slimy cowboy practices of debiting my account without rational reasons, thieving company and totally unethical disrespectful, poorly communicated practices. So disappointing. Friendly helpful staff A great place to enjoy getting fit
Hi went into your gym yesterday 27/02 to just have a quick Look at your gym. I thought great it has everything I need, not being a gym person this was a big deal for me. I was told the membership deal that you were offering was finishing on the 28/02 so I went in today to sign up. I have already given all my details yesterday but they needed them again so that was ok. I just want to say that when I first turned up the there was only one male staff member on the desk. Avoid this place: Two months of me calling to fix my "Start date" and assured each time that there was nothing to worry about, but I just had funds directly taken from my account. Everytime I call it is a different staff and they speak to a "Manager" who never seems to be available. This place is in murky waters with it billing systems and what they are doing I believe is illegal. Read the rest of the comments and you get the theme.
