Review for GoodLife Carindale Westfield I’m very disappointed with my experience at this gym. I went in to cancel my membership and spoke with a male attendant who confirmed that the cancellation had been processed. However, the charges continued for several weeks afterward. Today, I had to take time out of my busy day to follow up in person, only to be told that my membership had not been cancelled and that there was nothing they could do to fix it. Gym is in good location, during hot days it does seen get quite hot here compared to other gyms. The yellow carpet exercise floor looks very interesting and makes this place stand out, and with lovely views of the outside. Not sure what's with random flashing purple light on the ceiling very odd feature. The cycle studio not being separate room is another strange oddity, with the bathrooms having a Big Brother TV show aesthetics. Spoke to Jana on the phone today regarding a delayed payment with my membership and she went absolutely above and beyond to help me out when she really didn’t need to. Her kindness and empathy for my situation has given me hope in humanity again and after an incredibly stressful month, fantastic customer service has never been more appreciated. She is an absolute credit to your company and I would love this to be passed along to the higher ups.
