Very disappointing - especially for my wife. Been to many gyms and the range of equipment and classes is good. But honestly felt like a money grab because the care factor was zero. I did offer to speak to the owner about our experiences but not interested.

Very professionally run Gym, great amenities clean hygienic, there staff are there greatest asset, friendly and always willing to help. New scanning system to access gym excellent and easy to use

Has everything I need in a gym. I love the RPM class! There's lots of space with weights and other equipment. The bathroom facilities are always clean. I only wish that the stream room and sauna was open earlier, it's disappointing that it's not open before 8am .

Joined GoodLife gym Caloundra after several years away from any kind of fitness, soon realised I needed some professional guidance and structure. I wanted someone who would firstly listen to what I wanted and then implement a programme for a 57 year old male with several restricting injuries / conditions, and a fair bit of gym anxiety. Glyn was recommended to me. Lucky me. Great gym with plenty of facilities that just make life so much easier on the go, but most notably the staff are amazing here, one staff in particular, Alex, helped out finding correct machines, he quickly and professionally explains how to use them, also being a massive help trying to figure out the app passes just recently put in place, big thank you to Alex!!!
