The greeting when I first walk in from Flame on reception is beautiful. She smiles and engages. The receptionists before her didn’t even look up when you go in. Flame is awesome
Great facility! Great staff! And good atmosphere! If I would improve anything it would be to get draft stoppers on bottom of sauna doors so dont have to use a towel to stop heat escaping and keep on top of refilling things more wipes and toilet rolls etc thats all...other than that love that gym!
Jess is an excellent instructor who keeps the pace engaging while providing clear, thoughtful corrections. I’m still early in my Pilates journey, but the instructors have been integral to the progress I’ve already made. The equipment is great, and while some repetition is involved, it really helps reinforce technique and learning. It has been a very positive addition to my health.
