I have been a Goodlife member for many years. I love the Loganholme Beenleigh Coomera gyms which I visit with my pass. I train at the Browns Plains Gym only because it is on my way to work. The equipment is old and dirty, the floors are unhygienic and the showers and change room are disgusting. I have complained online - no one replies. I complained st the front desk and their response was they can’t do anything about the cleaners. I said speak the manager. The reply was , they can’t do anything. I just made a complaint at the front desk about a male physio/pt who is always training an older client. Happened today at 10:45am (Thursday). This isn't the first time. I would be minding my own business and doing my workout stationary in my own little area on the green turf and he would always train his client in my area. Lunges, crab walks with his client up until centimetres, millimetres, to my physical body in my area, like I'm invisible. I literally had to stop my workout to move aside because he would hit me.
