I come here for my Sunday workout as its closest to where I live. For Gooodlife its a terrible gym. Free weights is just an utter mess with plates all over the floor. Not to mention the smallest selection of assisted machines often meaning long waits to complete workouts. Easily one of the worst goodlife gyms i have been too.
I have been attending Goodlife - Box Hill for a few months now. I have been impressed with the size of the gym and accessibility of equipment even during busier hours (note I work out in the early mornings, mostly). My only (minor) issue is that the treadmills are bit dated and could have more modern features, but all other equipment (weights, machines, etc.) have been great.
The gym is dirty, the girls who work at reception are arrogant, rude, if the manager is not at reception, they don't even lift their heads to see who is swiping the card.
Manager does not care about anything. Rude staff and horrible gym. If you don’t want your car stolen from this gym.. then don’t bother to come here! Staff don’t even have on file if your car has been stolen.
