Staff are so friendly and instructors of the group classes so enthusiastic and competent. Always feel welcome.
Always a good experience in all the years I have been going to Bardon gym
Switched from AF paddo to this place. Been here a few months. Staff are nice and when i visited and asked for a tour, they were so lovely and welcoming. It is a pretty big gym, plenty of machines and areas. Outside rack area with space to spread out and away from people. Outside Barbells are pretty old and rusty. I clean the barbells everytime so no issue, but you can get dirty rusty hands. Plenty of hand sanitiser around. Apart from the place being dirty, rusty and old it's a pretty good gym and I like coming here.
Removed the Tuesday active tone class in Bardon. Had lots of attendance and was amazing. The coach was so lovely and engaging which gave lots of motivation to keep going.
Staff are friendly, polite and welcoming, facilities are clean including toilets and there is a class to suit the majority.
