The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.The equipment is modern, clean, and well maintained. I also enjoy the mat pilates classes. I highly recommend
A well managed gym with very good equipment and facilities.
Now I have to carry a phone with a clunky intrusive app which is not very good. This is not progress. Further, I believe the gym is prioritizing group activity members over individuals. This would be ok if they are in the dedicated group training rooms upstairs but a real nuisance downstairs.
I have been a Goodlife member for more than 6 years. The introducion of exclusively App access to the gym is ridiculous! Many people do not want to tag their phone along when they exercise. Once this gets introduced I will cancel my membership and never return. There are other - and much better - alternatives to choose from!
I hate to be someone to talk down about places especially online but I gotta say this has been one of the poorest goodlifes I’ve been too. I should’ve read all the bad reviews online cause so far all of them are correct. It’s extremely hot, staff payed no attention when entering or existing, copy and paste of benches but little actual weights and next to no back exercise equipment Gym would only be good if you’re the only one in there otherwise I wouldn’t bother.
