Had a terrible experience with this gym! The club manger - Brett Sterren, was absolutely awful! I’ve never been treated that badly by a customer service person before in my life! He was condescending and rude, and didn’t show any compassion and or that he could listen. I suggest anyone looking at joining Goodlife Ashgrove to read previous reviews of this gym and the treatment of customers.
Would highly recommend reformer Pilates at goodlife. Instructors are fabulous. I love it.
When I was late due to the construction of the car park downstairs for 9 min, I was rejected by Pilate instructor in a very cold, rude ans incompassionate way. She stared at me harshly,”you can’t come in.” and walked away straightaway left me unattended. I know there is a rule and if you could show some compassion and explained in a soft way that’d make my trip not so unpleasant! Thanks for the manager who showed some warmth in the end. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.The equipment is modern, clean, and well maintained. I also enjoy the mat pilates classes. I highly recommend
