Just joined Camberwell Goodlife and every interaction has been very positive. Good atmosphere and very welcoming.
My partner suffered a injury & couldn't attend the gym. We told them & supplied medical certificate. Too bad they said. Will still charge you for another month. Honestly, no empathy. GO ELSEWHERE. They don't care. Just greedy and all about $$$
Good venue and staff are amazing. Gym is often a bit dirty and cold (very cold). Need to extend hours given its not 24/7, particularly on weekends.
