I’m so disappointed with the service I’ve received from this gym. Especially from the management. They don’t really care about you or their members, it’s about getting money. If you want a gym where you’re respected and cared for I’d stay well away.
The worst gym. $ went into GoodLife, to walk in, ask what I was entitled to (the staff members did not even ask me if I have a membership/a previous membership or ask me to identify myself. You never know who's walking in to check up on staff and how they are doing their job and meet minimal job requirements which is not hard at all. They could not even be bothered talking to me before going back to talking about other staff members (in front of my face) and members of the club. This is not a good business. I visited the Goodlife Camberwell club last Friday at 10:30 AM with my wife, who is a current member at this specific location. My elder daughter, who is also a Goodlife member, had referred me for a 7-Day Free Pass. The experience was appalling. The two female staff members at the front desk were incredibly rude and dismissive. When we mentioned the 7-day trial, one of them flatly lied to our faces, claiming "Goodlife has never offered a 7-day pass, only 1-day." Been going for 10 years. Clean decent and quality gym.
Very happy with my membership. Heaps of classes over many gyms. I particularly like that I can use Goodlife gyms when I’m interstate.
