I just started going here and had an uncomfortable situation where it seemed like my personal trainer gave my time slot to someone who came in early. I came in 10mins before my appointment and waited half an hour for them. The front desk told me there was a mixup. I was there when she scheduled me in and wrote my time down. Very disappointed with the customer service at GoodLife today. I have been here for almost two hours, and during that time I’ve repeatedly noticed staff members standing around chatting and laughing instead of taking care of basic responsibilities. I even informed them that the paper towel dispensers were empty, and instead of addressing it, they simply smiled and walked away. I want to raise a serious concern about the service and customer experience at GoodLife. We are paying monthly membership/maintenance fees, yet a significant number of machines are regularly broken or unavailable, and there are often long wait times for the equipment that is working.
