This facility has so much to offer! I’m not a gym- goer but when my local pool closes- I hit the gym! This is the only gym I’d spend my money on as it has so many amenities. I get bored at gyms but this one keeps me entertained with all the different classes, recovery room (massage chairs that I can’t get enough of), sauna, steam room, hot yoga, red light therapy, clean towels and more! I feel like I’m going to the Spa not the gym, lol.

GoodLife Woodstock is a decent gym in an excellent location at Dundas St. They have state-of-the-art equipment, a bright open-concept design, and fantastic amenities like a sauna/steam room.

I was a little intimidated about joining Goodlife at first. I signed up with a Personal Trainor Amanda Paulini who was very welcoming. She was very thorough. She made sure my form was good, and showed me how to use the machines properly. She definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend!!
