I was in Winnipeg for a three-day trip and wanted to stay consistent with my workout routine, so I visited GoodLife Fitness Winnipeg 330 Main on two of those days. The total cost for two day passes was $63 plus tax. I had a great experience both times. The gym was clean, spacious, and well organized. The strength-training equipment was in good condition, and there was a large selection of cardio machines, so I had no problem completing my regular workouts. I had an excellent lift here. One of the most spacious and newest Goodlife's I've ever been to. Great squat and deadlift racks. Had an awesome sweat in the sauna for recovery afterwards. My day pass cost me $31 after taxes.

The girl with light hair and noticeable ears working at reception was extremely unprofessional and pushy. I came in just to ask about a one-time workout and immediately got pressured about memberships and questioned about other gym subscriptions. Totally put me off. I’ll get a day pass somewhere else.

Gym is good. Decently clean. Ample equipment. But the staff are dialed in these days and make this place great to go to. Hats off to the staff!
