Well maintained Equipments and friendly staff. Super busy during Lunch Hours break due to downtown office workers taking advantage of the Gym. But on plus side One of the most well mannered place to for workout.
Visitng out of town. Been to lot's of different gyms, first time at GoodLife. Great selection of equipment, tons of choices for both the machines and cardio equipment. Wasn't too busy either. Place was very clean. Staff were very welcoming. Anmol was very kind in showing me around and explaining how the memberships work. Highly recommend this location
I have been going to GoodLife for years now and have never been approached by a personal trainer and been told that my form could use work until "BJ" from this location did in a super weird way and tried to get me to signup for his personal training and was super rude and just weird I will not be returning to this location again
Plenty of space to do your workout with many fitness equipment. Features a large mat for yoga/pilates. Multiple benches and free weights, treadmills. Easy to get to inside Winnipeg Square. Massage chairs and more!
