Have had nothing but good experiences at this gym. As a first timer the staff are super welcoming and help contribute to that friendly environment. Shoutout to Simran for getting people to break out of their shells! Been trained by one of the personal Trainers BJ for a few months now. He helps me stay focused on my goals, dialled into the process and my strength and fitness has drastically changed as a result, all while being super chill to talk to between sets. Terrible service. The worst. The staff is very rude, unprofessional and helpless. The machines are fine but the atmosphere is horrible. Do not go to this gym. Women working at the reception very rude!!
Very clean place, great equipment, and great staff & trainers to help you reach your goals. The staff make you feel at home from day one. After hitting a plateau on my bench press and overall growth, I tried personal training. My trainer had me leave the bench press alone for 3 weeks and focus on areas I didn't think had such an impact. When I returned, I beat my own record by 30 lbs and gained size with less effort.
