Bathrooms are dirty it’s very disgusting never clean the showers are very old

Staff are friendly and helpful, Mondays are really the only day it's extremely busy, I do tend to go earlier in evening, variety of equipment great, women's only side can get very crowded but once you go to Co Ed side during busy times more equipment will be available

I had an amazing experience at GoodLife thanks to Tucker. While I was in the sauna, my chain accidentally fell through a small wooden gap in the floor, which was really stressful. I thought it would be impossible to get it back. I went to Tucker for help, and he immediately stepped in without hesitation. He truly went above and beyond—spending close to half an hour doing everything he could to retrieve it. He was patient, determined, and genuinely cared about helping me out.
