I am writing to bring your attention to a recurring issue regarding the dry sauna at this location. Despite the posted rules, I have frequently observed members pouring water onto the sauna heating elements. Posting this because of their Regional manager zakarya after a bad experience at their McLaughlin location. The gym has the lowest standards of cleanliness and highest levels of attitude with their staff and regional manager. Their washrooms stink, floors are dirty, lockers are full and massage chairs don't work despite them increasing the number of members on monthly basis. Hello, I want to make it clear that I’m writing this based purely on my own feelings and experiences, without any exaggerated or unrealistic words. Today, I had the chance to train with Igor and benefit from his knowledge. I can honestly say that it was one of the most enjoyable and productive days I’ve had since joining Godlife. Love this gym, it's great, always tidy, staff is very friendly one caveat, I had an employee sweep and wipe the tread mills while I was mid walk, using a broom stick and wiping pad, at points it was very close to my feet - I notice this behaviour alot when employees are cleaning machines while their being used. Not a big deal but for both the employee and the guest safety think it's better that gets sorted out.
