Health Canada should shutdown this stinky nasty place , the sauna and steam room are Disaster stinky and disgusting
I go to this location about 4-5 times a week and have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially would like to say that the assistant manager Velda has been such an amazing help when needed. She greats everyone and will make conversation. I feel very comfortable at this location so i would like to give a special thanks to her for making it a great place to get your work outs done at. Highly recommend this location.
I had a great experience at GoodLife Fitness thanks to Amarjeet. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the equipment, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my workout. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to help really made a difference. Thank you for your support – it's employees like you that make GoodLife such a great place to train!
Was here yesterday in the morning for a quick workout and I just want to give a quick shout-out to Jeet (CSR), who was at the front desk. Usually staff doesn't care and hand up the towels unfolded which we don't mind...but upon saying that I can have a unfolded one...he folded it for me and handed it in...moreover upon asking where the change room was...he himself walked me in and showed it to me unlike other who just give directions.. so wanted to just take a moment to appreciate the good work, kindness and being so cheerfu... read more
The gym never usually has any towels available and the staff are unfriendly and slow for the most part, with no effort put in towards customer service. The showers are hideous and cramped, and need a redesign badly, it literally feels like I am in the hull/cabin of a cargo ship whenever I need to take a shower in this facility, which is complimented by these sudden loud motor and buzzing sounds that I have no idea where the hell its even coming from.
