just walked in to try and set up my own pass with my grandfather 5 minutes ago and i was asking a question inquiring if there was a trial, she didnt answer and immediately ignored me and started talking to my opa who has a language barrier, right off the bat she told me i needed my parents and i dont have any parents, my grandparents are my legal guardians so i tell her "that is my legal guardian" she then shuts me up and says shes talking to my opa not me.
