Best gym in sarnia, believe me. I’ve tried all of them and GoodLife beats them all hands down! Don’t waste your money at any of the others, they’re cheap, but there’s a reason for it. If you want a variety of on-demand and instructor led classes, good quality equipment, a nice gym community, clean facility, sauna, spacious change rooms, plenty of showers, towel service, massage chairs, and well-lit beauty stations (for gym-glam girlies like me) this is the gym for you!

have had such a positive experience at GoodLife Fitness in Sarnia. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It creates an environment where you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which makes a huge difference. Today was my first and most likely my last time at this gym. From the moment I walked in, the staff member I encountered had a very rude and unfriendly attitude, which immediately killed my motivation. In a place like a gym, you at least expect basic respect and a welcoming environment, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
