I just to share my day with Tiffany at goodlife today. Tiffany is such a pleasure to talk to, learn from and be orientated by. She is knowledgeable, patient and a great asset to goodlife. She made it easy and comfortable to ask questions. Tiffany was great with what works best and what may work better. I honestly cannot say enough good things. She is some I would recommend anyone to go and talk to her about getting fit.

I have been going to this location for 4 years now and it's my favourite GoodLife! The morning gals Darlene and Katrina are so sweet and friendly. I love starting my day off at 5:30am to their smiling faces. I see them interacting with members and always making sure to greet/say goodbye in the nicest way!

GoodLife Mcallister is such a great gym to belong to, and if there's one person in particular who has really helped me feel like I belong it's Tiffany. From the moment I walked through the front doors, Tiffany was there with a warm greeting and a demeaner of someone who genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals.
