I just to share my day with Tiffany at goodlife today. Tiffany is such a pleasure to talk to, learn from and be orientated by. She is knowledgeable, patient and a great asset to goodlife. She made it easy and comfortable to ask questions. Tiffany was great with what works best and what may work better. I honestly cannot say enough good things. She is some I would recommend anyone to go and talk to her about getting fit.
I have been going to this location for 4 years now and it's my favourite GoodLife! The morning gals Darlene and Katrina are so sweet and friendly. I love starting my day off at 5:30am to their smiling faces. I see them interacting with members and always making sure to greet/say goodbye in the nicest way!
GoodLife Mcallister is such a great gym to belong to, and if there's one person in particular who has really helped me feel like I belong it's Tiffany. From the moment I walked through the front doors, Tiffany was there with a warm greeting and a demeaner of someone who genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. Since joining, she’s cheered me on, kept me consistent, corrected my form (gently!), and most importantly, helped me steer clear of injuries with her smart, no-nonsense advice.
