Staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional. My friend and I just came and wanted to take a quick 1-3 mins tour of this female gym, but was told it’s go to close in 5 mins unless we decided to do the membership, otherwise she won’t be able to give us a tour. We strongly feel we are not welcome to this location, very disappointed today!
My trainer is the best! I’ve bragged before about Nikoo being the best and Melika is right up there. Her training technics teach me so much. I’ve had such great results. My time is always great, fun and exhausting but keeping me going. The best part of my work outs are when Melika can see I’m hurting she knows how to substitute something not so painful. I will train with her as long as possible🥰🥰🥰
Melika is a wonderful trainer who is always there to support you 100%. She matches your energy level, is very enthusiastic, and cares about your comfort level. She pushes you and challenges you at the same time. I feel motivated to go to the gym and exercise because she makes it a positive space where you want to do your best.
Washrooms, lockers, showers, etc are quite unclean. Garbage is regularly spilling out from trash bin inside change room. Dirty tissues everywhere inside change room. Staff need to do a much better job cleaning. Very offputting.
