Rude and unprofessional staff, poor customer service, an overcrowded environment, unfairly high prices, lack of accountability, long wait times, and a general disregard for customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend.
I signed up online through my corporate membership. The next day I went in. Awat gave me a wonderful tour of the gym. She was very thorough with explaining everything and was so nice! Her friendliness and welcoming smile has made it a breeze to ease in to going to the gym. The gym is clean and fully equipped with everything that I need. It's been a great start to my fitness journey here!
If you are looking for an incredible personal trainer, you need to meet Melika! I am doing things I never thought I would be able to do because of her. Melika knows how to encourage you and tailor a program to where you are at physically, but she also knows how to do this while making sure you are being challenged. Staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional. My friend and I just came and wanted to take a quick 1-3 mins tour of this female gym, but was told it’s go to close in 5 mins unless we decided to do the membership, otherwise she won’t be able to give us a tour. We strongly feel we are not welcome to this location, very disappointed today!
