10 minute sign up process for a drop in only to be told drop in price is $31.50 Royal waste of time followed by highway robbery. Could have saved us both the time by telling me the exorbitant price from the beginning.

I called to ask for some information, then I said thank u for ur time then he hung up on my face without saying anything! and he was the rudest person to talk to .I didn’t want to go there anymore.

My favourite place to be when I am not at home. My personal trainer Het is amazing. He helps me to become stronger with every session, helps me overcome injuries and hanging out with him is a great stress buster. We have a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

I met Prad for the personal consultation and he was amazing!! He knew what he was doing, he was very professional, patient and fun to talk to. I was very comfortable during the entire session and he kept the session effective and fun without doing too much.

I am from Toronto and I was passing through. I am a regular member at goodlife in the Toronto area. I visited this location. The good. It' was surprisingly clean. Staff were friendly. The showers were good. Solid. Overall well maintained. Great lay out. The bad. The mens sauna basically doesn't work. It's very low. Would require a new burner and is super small. Seating for 3-4. The steam work is good and works fine but is super small for 5 people to sit.. No idea why they made it so small when there is a foyer outside of it ... read more
