I had my first training session at GoodLife and it was an amazing experience. Prad helped me so much and made everything feel easy to understand. He was very friendly, patient. I was a bit nervous coming in, but he made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to explain the equipment and made sure I felt confident using it. I usually enjoy working out at GoodLife Fitness, but the late-night experience has been disappointing. Today on April 7 around 12:10 AM, the overnight receptionist was again not properly available. This isn’t the first time—he is often asleep in a back room with the lights off, making it difficult to get assistance. Previously, I had to wait 15–20 minutes before realizing he was sleeping and had to wake him up myself.
