I decided to try a class at the Orangeville GoodLife last week - Zumba instructed by Lindsay B. What a great class. Had a lot of fun, while working out. She pushed us and suggested alternatives for those who might struggle with a higher intense version. Can’t wait to go back and try another class. It was awesome
