One of the front desk employees was extremely rude. She appeared to be around 30, wearing a grey muffler with her hair in a ponytail. Her behavior was both offensive and overly defensive. Instead of providing professional customer service, she came across as if she was trying to lecture members on what is “right and wrong,” like a teacher addressing students. If you are going early morning or late nights the building which this gym is located always smells bad either weed etc... I witnessed people sleeping on the massage chairs for the night multiple times which is not acceptable. Makes the whole gym feels more like a motel. Showers can be cleaner but cant really blame the gym staff I've been to far worse gyms and it usually comes down to whose using these facilities.
I’ve been a member at GoodLife Fitness for several years, and I’m currently moving to this area, so I was hoping this location would become my regular gym. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. I’ve been to other GoodLife locations, especially Victoria Terrace, where they usually have a female cleaner assigned to the women’s area. I’ve had Jay as my personal trainer for almost a year now, and I just renewed my contract because of the amazing results I’ve seen. I’ve lost over 50 lbs in the past year largely thanks to his encouragement, training, nutritional guidance, and motivation.
