2 stars: lately more issues seem to be present such as no towels, no steam room and most recently no hot water. This gym is unreliable. More recently they failed to put a sign up regarding no hot water. Awful staff. They went from a 2 star to one
They are only interested in selling memberships, not in providing good customer service or solving their customers' problems.
Awesome!!!
Went for a visit to see facility. Very misleading from there website and pushy sales staff. No swimming pool and whirlpool is inside change room. Also the sales staff did not know what calisthenics is and kept showing me the weights.
