Never do personal training, especially not with trainer Sammy who will deflect all responsibility, incredibly unprofessional. He punished me by taking away my evening spots and said to come in the afternoon (which I cannot because I have work and he knows that), because I wouldn't continue sessions with him after I completed my initial package.

I’ve been going to GoodLife for about 2 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say!!!! Amazing staff especially Harman, as he helped my friends and I out when starting our membership!!!!
I’ve been coming to this GoodLife location for years and never had any issues until now. During my last visit, someone took my shoes from the change room. I told the front desk right away and they said they’d check the cameras and the change room and get back to me but no one ever did. I had to call for days, and after about five days I finally got a hold of the staff member handling it. All they said was the shoes are gone and nothing was found.
