As a heavy person, I always felt intimidated by the gym. I'd seen a few trainers elsewhere and never felt like I never really clicked with anyone until I met Andrea. I started at Goodlife Tamarack where Andrea was a trainer. He took over my progress in approximately February 2024. Went to Goodlife in Belleville today and it was extremely friendly with the front staff and incredibly clean. Which is asking alot in other gyms these days.
Poorly managed. I was the subject of sexual harassment at the Brewery District Goodlife. I reported it to management, Erica, and even wrote a thorough account of the incident. Several other members and even a goodlife employed fitness trainer advised of the same behaviour from the same individual. No one ever contacted me for an investigation, nor have they spoken to the other affected members. I am told that the offender was banned for a short period. I joined this Goodlife location many years ago. I enjoy the workout areas, the equipment, and the classes. I am there at different times and I see the staff constantly wiping down the equipment . It is nice to walk in and see friendly, smiling staff in the reception area. Zahoor has been there many years and is happy to see every gym member. She has a kind word for everyone.
