Decent range and amount of equipment, lots of space, good atmosphere, friendly patrons and helpful staff. Generally clean and maintained well. Sadly over the years some things have been lost from the membership and never came back: showers and sauna being 24/7 (which is available at some other GoodLife locations even during unstaffed hours); I think there was some... human mess someone made in Truro years ago that seemed to have prompted that policy, but I guess the upside is that the showers and sauna are clean. Goated gym
Limited and inconvenient hours for sauna and showers.
Good gym for small town. But wifi and cell reception is absolutely horrible. I had to go out to my car just to post this review.
