Very embarrassing situation with Goodlife. I received the card that offers “1 free workout” when we scan the QR code. My wife she workout with Good life and invited me to workout with her today. When I arrived in the reception, an associate (that I am not going to mention the name here) refused letting me go in, despite of my wife already got into the gym. I visit this location occasionally and this visit was the most disappointing. I like the gym itself but the last couple visits have had a number of broken machines marked out of order or machines with frayed cables that SHOULD be marked out of order that I don’t feel safe using. The bathroom upstairs smells and looks like it belongs in a grocery store. I check the class schedule so I know when the studio is open but I can’t use it if someone is doing a virtual class which I don’t have problems with at other locations. Would ... read more
