GoodLife as a company is great, but the Meadowvale location has been a terrible experience for me. I cancelled my brother’s membership last year, and only months later I discovered I was still being charged. When I called the front desk to resolve it, they bluntly told me that even though my brother hadn’t used the gym for months, they would not issue any refund. It felt like a complete rip-off. Very disappointing — be careful and don’t trust this location blindly.
