This was my very first experience at the GYM and I opted for a personal trainer. Here comes Jordan!!! A very professional, patient and encouraging personal trainer. He paid attention to every detail of my fitness goals and guided me with right techniques that are well structured. Challenging though 😜 yet enjoyable. I’ve been going to GoodLife Fitness Mississauga Meadowvale for over 8 months. The staff here are respectful and friendly — my personal trainer, Jordan, is fantastic, and the fitness manager is great. However, the overall hygiene of the place has noticeably declined, and the biggest concern is equipment maintenance.
