Literally the greatest gym to go to if you want an amazing workout experience. Mike, Michael, Sophia, Justin, John, Bella, Rahul, Mark, Hissan — the entire team — are truly the brightest part of this gym. They’re always so welcoming the moment I walk in, genuinely friendly, and incredibly supportive. They go out of their way to help during workouts, offering to spot and making sure you feel comfortable and confident. It really makes such a difference in the overall environment. I tried all the gyms in Milton and this is the most well maintained gym. Although the gym is lacking in space and updates compared to all the other GoodLifes around the GTA I always find myself coming back due to the positive and encouraging atmosphere that Mark and the rest of the GoodLife team keeps for others while they achieve their fitness goals. It’s this team and gym that has helped encourage me to lose over 30 pounds in the last year. The recent updates to their treadmills has also been a great improvement.. hopefull... read more

I understand there is only so much that can be done as this gym is old Mark is not a manager, he's a junior associate. The kid that works weekends sits on his phone all day and doesn't greet people. Paper towel and bottles always empty. Weights all over. The newer bulkier guy is great. Interacts with people, walks around the floor engaging, should be assistant manager.
