The recent revamp and use of space has significantly improved this location. The gym is smaller, however you will have no problem getting a top notch workout in with what they have, even during peek hours.
Nice staff. But messy changerooms with curtain showers, old and broken equipment. The location is difficult to access even with GPS.
Night and day between this location and Erin mills. Which is for packed at all time of the day, full of children and just chilling with their homies and filming themselves 'working out'. This is a basic gym where people actually come to work out
