I usually come here at night, and even though I live in the north, I make the trip to GoodLife Southdale specifically because of Ahmed. His customer service is truly outstanding, something you rarely see these days. He is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful to everyone. You can tell he genuinely cares about the members and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. It’s clear he works hard and takes pride in what he does. Best location by far. Adam, the general manager goes above and beyond to make sure his members are treated extremely well. I am very satisfied with my experience there. His staff are exceptionally thoughtful and very helpful. The gym environment is clean, organized, professional, and safe. Highly reccokend this location.

Great gym, but DO NOT go from 6 - 8pm it genuinely becomes impossible to work out because its so busy. Ive been waiting for 20 mins for 1 cable machine because all the others have been hogged by people

You pay a premium membership and the toilet seats look like this. Update the bathroom have been fixed. Thanks GoodLife
