I’ve been a member at GoodLife Fitness for a while, and while there are definitely some positive aspects to this location, I feel it’s important to share my experience. First off, the staff here are fantastic. They’re always friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about your fitness goals. Abbey at the front desk is always welcoming, friendly, and holds a positive attitude at all times. The service from the staff at this GoodLife location is great overall!

Place has gone way downhill. Water dispensers have been broken for several months, broken equipment stays broken for extended periods. There seems to be no urgency to maintain the facilities. Unfortunate

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service at GoodLife Fitness I had a very frustrating experience at this GoodLife Fitness location due to the unprofessional behavior of a front desk representative named Mikey Thievin. I was trying to sign up my wife for a membership and was made to wait over 20 minutes while Mikey struggled to complete a simple sign-up process.
