I’ve been going to GoodLife Fitness in London Oxford and Adelaide and it’s been really disappointing lately. The sauna hasn’t been working for over 3 months, which is unacceptable considering what members are paying. Honestly, the name is “GoodLife,” but for members it’s becoming a “bad life” because of such pathetic management. There’s a clear lack of responsibility and respect toward members. Honestly my favorite part of this gym is a worker named Eric!! Cant express how kind and welcoming the man is when you first walk in!! If you get the chance of visiting this gym, I recommend getting to know Eric!! Best Goodlife worker I have ever come across :)
