A shoutout to Katija (hope I'm spelling her name right!) for the single-minded devotion to her task of sanitizing the equipment upstairs last afternoon! I had an hour's workout, and she was still at it when I was done, getting into every nook and cranny on all fours - this, and friendly attentive staff members like Mel, Patricia, and Todd are EXACTLY why I love coming to the Masonville Good Life - keep up the GREAT work, folks!!
Great experience at GoodLife. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Special shoutout to Todd for always greeting people with a smile and making the gym feel welcoming.
Update. This club did get a new manager, but it’s the old manager‘s best friend and he trained him to be exactly like him. Here’s the context of my update. The indoor cycling studio at this Masonville location is a serious safety hazard. The room is completely enclosed and lacks functional ventilation or fresh airflow. During high-intensity classes, the room rapidly overheats, creating a dangerous, suffocating environment where it is impossible for your body to cool down safely.Management is fully aware of this ongoing issue... read more
