GL isn’t what it used to be. It’s no longer an enjoyable experience. There’s always people trying to sell you something whether that’s personal training, referring a friend, trying classes or upgrading your membership. If I wanted to do that, I would come to you. I feel like I’m constantly being harassed
Nice huge gym with awesome equipment, BUT... Only giving it two stars for the following reasons: many of the cardio machines (especially the stairmasters and lateral ellipticals) are in terrible shape and in need of servicing. The stairmasters feel like they're going to break, as they making clicking, clunking and snapping sounds you can feel going through your body. Last time I checked 2/3 of the elateral ellipticals won't adjust for lateral levels. Also, there are no ceiling fans above the cadio equipment, which can be qui... read more
Long time member. Just completed a round of training with Lukas Mackinnon. He was a tremendous help! I received really helpful guidance on overcoming some of the challenges that are showing up as I push into my 60's.
Best one in the city in terms of space, amenities etc.
