I’ve had an amazing experience with personal training at this GoodLife. Amalia is an incredible trainer. She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and really knows how to push me to new levels while still making every session feel supportive and positive. Her training style challenges me in the best way, and she always takes the time to explain the “why” behind what we’re doing. I’ve had such a great experience at this GoodLife location and wanted to give a shoutout to two people who really made a difference. Lexy is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and positive every time I walk in. She takes the time to say hello and make people feel comfortable, and she helped me get set up with a personal training package that’s been a great investment. first time at this Goodlife location & i was extremely disappointed. the women’s change room is so small we’re all practically bumping into eachother. the stair master & the floors were just dirty & gross. definitely won’t be coming back here
Alexis is rude and has bad vibes. If your are serious about starting your fitness journey don't get a membership from her, get it from anyone else at this location.
