Really disappointing location. Hard to justify paying the price when this location offers zero amenities. Please renovate.
One Star – $110 for a Time Capsule of Grime Credit where it’s due: the front-desk crew are absolute gems. Everything else? A tragic comedy. This place hasn’t had a facelift since 2002—dirty carpets, migraine-inducing flickering fluorescents, and paint peeling like a bad sunburn. Compared to other GoodLife locations you can really tell the staff take pride in this gym. The weights are put away properly. The paper towel dispensers and sanitizers are always full. The gym isn’t overcrowded and the members seem to care for the gym and equipment. Only cons are that there is no towel service, no lifting platforms or bumper plates for oly if you’re into that. Edit : I have been looking through the reviews from this location and there are YEARS of complaints regarding the outdated / broken/ and dingy facilities of this location. And every response from the owner is the same scripted response; at least take the time to respond authentically. What has to change for Grimsby Industrial location to take accountability and actually improve ? The apparent only decent services here are the PT which is a services that is MORE money.
