The gym is a typical commercial gym. Not bad, but nothing special either. The staff are generally indifferent and bitter, most likely due to low pay and pressures from management.

It's quite convenient but ridiculously expensive. Gym's well equipped overall though.
As with any other corporate gym, they are predatory in getting you to sign hastily. I had to move away, where there are no locations. I called two times. Each time I spoke with an employee, they said that I could only cancel in-person, not over the phone. I explained that the closest Goodlife location was in Ottawa, 4 hours away from me.
