Best way to lose clients or future ones in this case is to make them feel like they don’t belong there. My grade 12 son who has great grades, hardworking and loves to hit the weights because that’s what I have taught him since he was 4. Unfortunately, I’ve had a disappointing experience with this management. When I first joined, I was told that cancellations required only 2 weeks’ notice. However, now they’re saying it must be 1 month! It’s really frustrating to see businesses change their words after people sign up. I hope GoodLife Fitness stops using these kinds of strategies just to collect more payments from members.
Need new machines old are not working properly
Clean facility, great large layout and lots of equipment. Busy location. Most reviewers seem to be hit or miss. Make your own decision.
