Is it a great location it's the closest one to my house I've been going to the one at 400 and Highway 7 I was hesitant to try out this one because of the reviews but all in all great equipment there's a mix of old and new. The decor is outdated at the end of the day though you're here for a good workout and there is lots of machines lots of equipment great location can't wait to try the pool.

Here is the thing. I didn’t want to write this review. I have told the staff several times that because of the odd placement of garbage next to the towel bin, people somehow mistakenly throw their towels in the garbage. It’s been like this for as long as I’ve gone there. One would think management would care about the waste / shrinkage of their towel inventory? Nope.

Came to check this location out and it’s absolutely amazing. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and it’s humongous. 24 hours, has a pool and lots of classes and has everything you could possibly need. Jose was the person we spoke to today and he was so kind and insightful!
