Been a member of this location for years and can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially Lima and Zayne!
I had a wonderful experience at GoodLife Fitness! The facility is clean, well-equipped. I especially want to mention Teniel at the front desk—she was so kind and welcoming, and she really made my visit special. Highly recommend this gym!
Went with a group of friends last night around 9 pm we can’t believe how dirty every thing was and how people actually pay to go there we didint even wanna Touch the machines there was dirty smelly towels every where can’t even walk the floors covered in dirty towels locker room was a tragedy don’t even think about taking a shower there yull get sick the pool and hot tub filthy walls had dirt that looked like actual shit and zero staff working there we actually couldn’t believe it’s not shut down if you wanna catch somthing ... read more
This location is just okay, but what Goodlife is good anymore? There's always clean towels, the staff are friendly (sometimes a little too friendly but maybe I'm just antisocial), they have some full sized lockers too. I like the range of equipment at this location, there's enough machines most days to go around. I would however prefer if they had a couple more sets of lighter dumbbells and for the kettlebells to be re-labelled. This GoodLife location has a decent amt of space, a good 3-story layout and a few full-size lockers. However, they do a really poor job maintaining their infrastructure and equipments. Case in point - men’s steam room was in repair for over a month. When they finally reopened it today, 4 of the shower stalls go out of commission. Result? A bunch of sweaty guys lining up outside the steam room just to get a shower. It feels as though something is always broken and they take centuries to fix it.
