I recently moved to Edmonton and decided to check out the closest GoodLife gym. I had a great first impression—the staff were super friendly, with Amanda or Angela at the front desk giving me a warm welcome and a nice chat. The two personal trainers there were also really passionate about their roles, which made me interested in starting a personal training journey. I will never, ever sign up with GoodLife again. I joined on December 31 and because of the way their system processes payments, I did not get promotion I should have received. They basically told me I was a liar until I showed them a screenshot that proved I did in fact sign up on December 31. They gave me two weeks free, which included the $18 refund from the promotion I should have received, big deal. Richard from the front is the most knowledgeable associate I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my fitness journey. Took his time with the tour and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this gym to everyone and make sure you ask for Richard!
