I love the spin classes at GoodLife Rabbit Hill! Akshay’s class is always energetic, motivating, and so much fun. His music and positive energy make the workout fly by. Highly recommend his class!

Decent gym but 5am opens during weekdays for a “24HR” gym is pretty thoughtless. The hours are all over the place and most definitely not 24Hrs despite the giant sign on the building.

I’ve been coming to this gym regularly, and overall the facility is good, but the customer service could definitely be improved. One thing I’ve noticed is that the staff often don’t greet members or respond when you say “hi.” A simple greeting or acknowledgment can make people feel welcomed and valued.

I like this GoodLife, but the staff and customer service have gone downhill. The last 6 months I rarely even get a simple “hi.” Staff are often on their phones or talking amongst themselves at the front desk. The one time I did have a question, the answer came across so rudely. They used to be much friendlier and more welcoming in prior years.
