1 Star – Disappointed and Frustrated I’ve been a regular at this gym for a while, and it’s honestly gone downhill. The sauna has been broken for weeks with no clear update or urgency from management. 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed This gym’s management is an absolute disaster. The previous manager actually cared and kept up with maintenance—now it’s just neglect. The sauna has been broken for weeks with no update, no urgency, and no fix in sight. How is it acceptable to charge $80 a month and not maintain basic amenities? This is completely unacceptable. Super sweet staff. They have a incredibly nice general manager. He always compliments me when I’m leaving or coming in and makes my workout better. I love coming to this gym.
