I have been a goodlife member for 11years and have worked out at many goodlifes all across canada. I can honestly say this location by far the WORST one ive ever seen ! First off its tiny and half of the place is underground ! There are absolutely no windows or natural light so if you are claustrophobic you wont like it here. Secondly they have a turnstile at the main entrance that is absolutely rediculous, i got trapped in and ended up using the emergency exit resulting in the alarm going off. Pros: very wide selection of equipment and classes, WIFI (to save u from the horrible load music that keeps bombarding u there), large exercise room, wonderful staff. Cons: old equipment (ellipticals, treadmills etc...) where u cannot connect to apps and the lime, has a tanning bed, in this age really???, bathrooms quite old and look like they need a serious facelift. Certainly not a downtown gym by any stretch, but gets things done.

Used to be a great place to workout but they have cut most of the group exercise classes. There are no classes in the evenings anymore but they still charge the same for memberships. Not worth it anymore.

Not worth it anymore. They cut back the hours recently so now Friday Hours and weekend hours are horrible. Only reason I stay with them is because I live close to the mall.
