At what point will GoodLife start addressing the hygiene standards with its members and set a basic level of cleanliness. The constant state of body odour within a certain member demographic is becoming a health concern for its other members. Additionally, the cable machines are in desperate need of maintenance, and there are not enough handles to service all of them. Gym seems overall on the ball with things, machines go down and are repaired quickly. Staff are friendly. But I swear the paper towel dispensers are empty more often than not and if you do find one that has paper in it, that spray bottle is definitely not working! If I have to walk to a third dispenser I’m just not cleaning the equipment. Also in the men’s room bathroom, gotta give up on that countertop around the sinks. I could do the backstroke in all that water and no one is using that gnarly squeegee.
Best gym ever! The trainers are absolutely amazing and all the staff are super nice. Very clean :)
